A good value

Your article on Mark Schuster (Belltown condo reflects developers ethos, Aug. 18) really impressed me. I am one of the buyers at the Mosler Lofts and made my decision to buy based on my limited knowledge of the project. Your article provided an overwhelming affirmation that my decision to purchase a home at the site was the right thing to do. Initially, I was impressed with the the look of the project, the green features, the amenities, and the freshness of its concept. I knew that Mark had a strong commitment to his family and its rich history, but I did not know of his strong commitment to the community and to cultural diversity. As a public school teacher in one of Seattles most diverse elementary schools, I share Marks passion for civil rights, equality and justice. Knowing my new home will be built on such a solid foundation only raises my level of excitement and anticipation.
