Professor John Bush Jones of Brandeis University will be featured speaker at the University on Wheels, Brandeis University Womenâ€™s Committee Luncheon. His topic will be, “Strikes, Sex and the American Way: American Musicals and the First Amendment.” Professor Jones is primarily a theater historian, teaching courses in theater history, dramatic structure and theory and the history and development of the American musical. A graduate of Northwestern University, he has been a theater critic for many newspapers. Professor Jones was the recipient of the Louis Dembitz Brandeis Prize for Excellence in Teaching.
