On Sunday, April 29 tons of Jewish teens gathered at the Stroum Jewish Community Center on Mercer Island for a day of fun and volunteering. The focus of the program was on stopping bullying, so in addition to learning tools to get their peers to recognize when they’re hurting others, the teenagers from area youth groups and Jewish high school programs divided up to do service projects and learned about helping those in need in the process.
